The Overview

We were appointed to design and refit in excess of 10,000 sq ft office space, on behalf of award winning house builder, Crest Nicholson South West.

The works took place over two floors, whilst the client’s 60 or so staff remained in occupation. Whilst this did create various logistical challenges, the project went well, was on time and on budget

Our works included the design and fit-out of the new interior. We collaborated closely with Crest Nicholson to provide an office that reflects the Company’s culture, promoting well-being and a great working an environment.

As part of our works, the toilets were completely upgraded with new tiling, cubicle systems, sinks, taps, ceilings, ventilation and lighting, giving ‘wow’ factor to both staff and visitors alike.

The reception was completed refitted with the removal of the old finishes. Bespoke walnut panelling, new signage and a dropped ceiling were added to provide impact. The installation of a backlit, contemporary purpose built walnut reception desk completed the new look beautifully.
