We were appointed to redesign and refurbish Countryside Partnership's regional office in Bristol. Countryside are part of the Vistry Group, the largest housebuilder in the UK.
The Overview
We were asked to take over from their previous fit-out contractor, who simply became, "too expensive", as the brief and subsequent contract works began to develop.
The works consisted of refitting approximately 6000 Sq Ft of space to accommodate an additional 100 staff, whilst the client remained in occupation.
Upon developing the brief, Business Designs produced various design options and an optimum solution was soon selected. Between the Project Team, a programme was agreed and works soon began.
Our task consisted of refitting their space to a high standard that was both welcoming and inviting. Plenty of meeting room and training space was essential, along with break out facilites and and collaborative meeting areas. As open-plan desking was the predominant requirement, a number of "quiet" areas were created to allow their people the opportunity to work in the best way to suit their requirements.
